Can I use an English tenancy agreement in Scotland?
No. Scottish private tenancies are PRTs under the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016.
Is there a limit on the deposit?
Yes — 2 months' rent, lodged with an approved scheme within 30 working days.
