Is any ground mandatory?
No. All 18 grounds are discretionary, so prepare evidence of the ground and of why eviction is reasonable.
What does the rent arrears ground need?
Arrears for three or more consecutive months, and the pre-action requirements must be met — the pack includes a pre-action letter.
Where do I apply for an eviction order?
To the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber) using Form E. Applying is free.
