Is an FOI request the same as a subject access request?
No. FOI covers information held by public authorities. For your own personal data, use a subject access request.
How long does a public authority have?
Normally 20 working days. Scottish public authorities use the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Do I have to disclose my disability?
No. Template C lets you describe the disadvantage without naming the condition.
