Do I still need consent for Google Analytics?
Not always. Analytics used only to produce statistics to improve your own site can rely on the new exemption, with clear information and an opt-out. If the provider can use the data for its own purposes, ask for consent.
Does the policy work with a cookie banner tool?
Yes. Part A records your consent tool, and the policy refers users to a Cookie Settings link.
Do I need a privacy policy as well?
Yes. The cookie policy should be linked from your privacy policy, footer and banner.
