Can I use it for consumer clients?
Yes. Consumer-specific provisions are marked B2C, including the 14-day cancellation right and consumer liability wording.
Does it include a cancellation form?
The agreement says you will give consumers a cancellation form. The form itself is not in the template — use the model cancellation form from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
What if the client wants extra work?
Clause 1.2 requires a written change order setting out extra fees and timings before out-of-scope work starts.
